We do not generally offer a money-back guarantee on our website due to the nature of our business, our goods, and our services. We've also kept you updated about all actions you take on your behalf, so we think we've minimized human error to a large extent. If you are not satisfied with the product you bought from us and have not used it, you may be able to get your money back within 5-7 working days. You might have to prove that you weren't able to perceive or understand the actions you took during your purchase on a case-by-case basis. Within 30 days of purchase, you might be able to get a full or partial refund.

Players' table balances are returned to the amount at the beginning of the cancelled Cash Game if a Points Rummy Cash Game is cancelled. The same procedure applies to Points Rummy Cash Games when collusion or cheating is detected, along with any further action 13Spades decides to take against players engaging in such activities.
Pool Rummy Cash Games:
When a Pool Rummy Cash Game is cancelled, the entry fees less the service charge are split equally among the remaining players. A player who colluded or cheats in Pool Rummy Cash Games is refunded his or her entry fee, and the entry fee paid by a player who colluded or cheats is handled according to the Terms.
Deals Rummy Cash Games
A cancellation of Deals Rummy Cash Game will result in all entrance fees less 13Spades's service charge being distributed to the remaining players. If players engage in collusion or cheating, they will be refunded their entry fees, and 13Spades will take any further action it deems necessary.
Cash Tournaments:
13Spades will only collect service charges from entry fees paid by players eliminated until the last round, and the rest will go to qualifiers. As a result of the cancellation, qualifiers from the last completed round will receive tickets if the tickets are to be given as cash.
